This award recognises a marketer early in their career who has shown exceptional ability, ideas and results. Judges look for rapid progress, fresh thinking and evidence that colleagues and clients already rely on them.
Eligibility
Open to marketers with up to three years of professional marketing experience, of any age.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study with the objective, the audience, what was done and what changed as a result. Include results against the objectives set, not only reach or impressions, and supporting evidence such as client, stakeholder or customer feedback where possible. Commercially sensitive numbers may be given as percentages or ranges. Judges consider budget and team size, so smaller teams and agencies compete on equal terms.
